ABOUT US

The Forest Row Car Club is an initiative of Forest Row Parish Council in partnership with Transition Forest Row. Its aims are to provide economical, flexible, and environmentally friendly alternatives to private car ownership, both to existing car owners and for those who don't own a car at all.

You are here on the Moorcar website because we have engaged Moorcar to help us run our club. They provide the booking interface that you will use, insurance, invoicing, and telephone support as well, should you need it.

BOOKING A CAR

If you're already a member and just want to book a car or check availability, simply log in to Moorcar at the top left of this page, with your username and password, then click “Book a car” and follow the on-screen instructions.

CHARGES

Forest Row Car Club has slightly different charges than shown on the main Moorcar website.  All bookings are chargeable after 22.30pm and before 7.30am.

Forest Row Car Club also have a special overnight rate after 22.30pm and before 7.30am of £1.50/hr.

TO JOIN

You will need to register with Moorcar, print out your completed online application form and bring it, together with your driving licence, to the Parish Council office. If, for any reason, this isn't possible for you, just bring your licence to the office and we can do the whole process there.
